We do not typically sell physical products or services. However, where you may order certain services, which have a physical delivery option, such as print copies of a journal, we may deliver it to you. All such orders are processed within 15 (fifteen) working days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow
additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We may contact You via email or telephone.
We typically partner with shipping companies such as India Post, DTDC, BlueDart, DHL (if international shipping is to be done) or other shipping companies for domestic shipping. Overnight delivery is only available for certain types of delivery with delivery addresses within specific PIN codes in India. Delivery delays may occur occasionally.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 (three) working days. Harbinger Enterprises is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Further, Harbinger Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
