Refund Policy for Harbinger Publishing
If within 15 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, return the goods (journals such as ICLRQ/JICIL/Kathamanjari) in the original state they were received for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) of the purchase price or replace it.
Items that cannot be returned: We are unable to accept returns for magazines, downloadable PDFs, online publications. In respect of print or physical copies, Bulk orders of 100 or more copies are non-returnable. If your return is shipped or brought to our store after the time frame indicated above or without an order reference number, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Terms: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, non-availability of the delivery service to the shipping address, inaccuracies or errors in product information/pricing or due to other problems. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card or bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit card/bank account through the same payment gateway mode. The said process may take about 15 (fifteen) business days.

We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As a part of the usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been partially or fully processed. We have the right to decide whether the order has been processed or not or whether the order has been partially or fully processed. You agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
Returns: Any returns must be made to us directly by the customer, at your cost. The return must be made to the following address.
